• Must be able to prepare Financial reports of the Company
• Must be able to prepare Business plan for the Company
• Must be able to on appropriations and budgeting processes
• Must be able to prepare balance sheet for the company and also should be able to communicate with the external auditors
• Must be able to analyses future earnings/expenses
• Must be able to control flow of cash of the company
• Must be able to use procedure/policy and strategies to limit/control of financial hardship or exposure of any kind of financial uncertainty.
• Must be able to guide executives for the profitability of a finance/exchange company for the evaluation and data that may have adverse effects reputation of the organization.
• Must be able to explain with reports to justify complex transactions to the directors/ management of the company
• Must be able to prepare all reports related to accounts/ financial dealing such as balance sheet evaluation of foreign currencies, profit and loss figures, and trial balances/ reconciliation and financial correspondent with foreign and local banks also credit policy to establish if ever required by the organization.
• Must have strong skills for financial communications also must have always documents for the structure of work.
• Must be able to deal with wide range of information to express himself and director of organization on a screen also should be able to answer each question made by the directors or management on the basis of figures which presented on screen also should have good personality. Must have ability how to check and control all financial dealing of the company
• Must be able to have complete knowledge of risk management within the organization also should be able to manage stability of the company and its earnings.
• Must have complete knowledge and experience how to check and get complete information from the internal auditors.
• Must be able to prepare credit reports if require by the company and should be able to present to financial institutions along with balance sheet and business projection reports.
• Must be able to prepare feasibility study reports approved by the external auditors, ministry of commerce and industry and the Central bank of Kuwait
