Job Summary:
We are looking for a Retail Analyst to join our team and provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing our retail operations. The Retail Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, customer behavior, market trends, and other relevant information to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in our retail business.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance metrics, such as sales figures, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and operations, to align strategies and drive business growth.
- Identify and recommend pricing strategies, product assortments, and promotional campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve retail analytics processes.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Retail Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
- Knowledge of retail metrics, KPIs, and data visualization techniques.
