The School of Business invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Marketing at the rank of Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching Marketing, maintain an active research and/or creative practice profile, and engage with contemporary technologies and methodologies. The appointee will contribute to undergraduate education, curriculum development, student mentorship, and institutional service within a collaborative and multicultural academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Marketing.
- Develop innovative, technology-enhanced curricula using AI tools and interactive learning platforms.
- Update course content to align with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Supervise senior projects and provide academic advising, mentoring, and student support.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Support program assessment, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- PhD in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of university teaching experience, with demonstrated excellence in Marketing.
- Strong academic research and/or professional industry expertise in Marketing.
- Ability to develop innovative, technology-enabled courses, including effective use of AI and interactive learning tools.
- Experience with curriculum development, assessment, accreditation, and quality assurance.
- Strong English communication, advising, mentoring, and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural academic environments.
