Responsibilities:

Receive and check fruits and vegetables upon delivery. Clean and wash fruits and vegetables properly. Peel, cut, slice, and prepare vegetables and fruits according to kitchen requirements. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vegetable preparation area. Follow proper food safety and handling procedures. Assist in proper storage and organization of fruits and vegetables.

Requirements

Previous experience in a catering company, restaurant, or central kitchen is preferred. Good knowledge of vegetable and fruit preparation. Able to read and understand basic English. Hardworking, clean, and physically fit.
