Nasoft is hiring an HR Generalist on behalf of one of our clients, a leading e-commerce brand in Kuwait.
We are looking for an HR professional who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, employee disciplinary actions, and HR reporting .
Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
Manage and document employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee-related data.
Prepare regular HR reports and provide accurate employee data and insights to management.
Support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Working Conditions & Benefits: Working Model: On-Site in Kuwait.
Working Days: 6 days per week.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR roles.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll .
Good understanding of employee disciplinary procedures and HR policies.
Strong experience in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee records.
Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Previous experience in Kuwait or the GCC is highly preferred.
