Job description

  • Welcome customers and understand their furniture and home furnishing requirements.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with selection.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain good knowledge of furniture products, pricing, promotions, and offers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
  • Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential customers to close sales.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.


Skills

  • 2–4 years of retail sales experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
