SPECIAL NEEDS TEACHER - IN KUWAIT - IMMEDIATE START Can you travel now? The Job The Special Needs Educator is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, including autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays. The role involves designing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), adapting curricula, and employing evidence-based teaching strategies to promote academic, social, and functional life skills. The educator collaborates closely with therapists, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student development. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills while fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that aligns with the school’s mission of empowering students toward independence and confidence. The Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field. • Experience working with students with autism, Down syndrome, or other special needs. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. • Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive, and safe learning spaces.
