Position: Quality Control Supervisor

Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Job Summary

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and efficiency of all operational activities during the shift. This role works closely with technicians and staff to maintain high service standards, ensure smooth coordination, and verify that all services are completed according to company procedures and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and operational staff during the 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM shift.
• Ensure effective teamwork, communication, and coordination between technicians and support staff.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections on services, including:
• Installation of protection systems
• Other technical services performed by the team
• Verify that all scheduled work is completed accurately and on time before the end of the shift.
• Resolve operational issues and provide guidance to technicians when needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of completed work and quality control checks.
• Monitor adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
• Prepare shift reports, highlighting completed work, quality findings, and any issues requiring follow-up.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
