Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate military clothing, tactical equipment, and protective products against technical specifications and operational requirements.

Review technical data sheets, product specifications, drawings, test reports, certifications, and manufacturer documentation.

Develop and review technical specifications for military uniforms, tactical gear, ballistic protection, footwear, and personal equipment.

Conduct technical inspections and quality evaluations of military clothing and equipment before acceptance and delivery.

Verify compliance with applicable military standards, international standards, and customer specifications.

Coordinate laboratory testing, product certification, and quality verification activities.

Support procurement and tender evaluation by providing technical assessments of supplier proposals and product compliance.

Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, testing laboratories, and end users to resolve technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in military equipment, tactical clothing, personal protective equipment, defense procurement, quality assurance, or technical product evaluation.
• Experience working with military, law enforcement, defense contractors, or manufacturers of tactical equipment is preferred.
