Roles & Responsibilities

The BMS Pre-Sales Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. This includes understanding client requirements, designing appropriate Building Management System (BMS) solutions, preparing proposals and drawings, and supporting technical presentations. The role ensures effective collaboration between the sales and engineering teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and customer-focused solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and customer needs.
• Develop technical solutions and system designs for Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, compliance statements, and layout drawings.
• Prepare quotations for BMS and other technical systems, including Water Leak Detection (WLD), FCU Controls, Link Kits, and Control Cables.
• Support the sales team during technical discussions, meetings, and presentations.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for product selection and technical support.
• Assist in project estimation, cost analysis, and bid preparation activities.
