Roles & Responsibilities

100% of time deployed to OCONUS locations
Remotely monitor the health and status of deployed systems
Support logistics operations and assist with asset management
Help manage spare equipment pools to ensure accountability and availability
Immediately escalate hardware issues or system outages to leadership
Assist with managing tickets and tracking hardware issues in the Jira system
Perform Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS)
Conduct hardware replacements and upgrades
Monitor and maintain system hardware and software
Troubleshoot technical problems and determine corrective actions
Conduct or assist units with site surveys for future system installations
Provide refresher training to operators when required
Support customer operations and system administrator personnel

Desired Candidate Profile

u>Required:/u>

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues

  • Hands-on experience maintaining hardware systems, including cable repair

  • Linux system administration experience

  • CompTIA Security+ certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

  • Physically able to deploy regularly and perform tasks such as lifting, racking, and stacking equipment (up to 70 lbs)

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch

  • Travel: 100% OCONUS travel required

  • Clearance: Active TS, with SCI eligibility

u>Desired:/u>

  • Prior military or DoD/DoW experience

  • Experience as a traveling Field Service Representative

  • Experience maintaining servers, network systems, or communication equipment

  • SIGINT background

  • College degree or equivalent technical certifications
