Job Description: • Lead multi-brand fashion retail operations across GCC markets ensuring sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. • Manage Area Managers, Store Managers, KPIs, SOP implementation, customer experience, and retail compliance. • Drive commercial performance through inventory optimization, merchandising coordination, and omnichannel retail operations. • Lead operational transformation, team development, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashionor a related field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior operations role managing multi-store or regional retail operations. • Preferably male Arabic speakers with strong experience within the GCC retail market, particularly with luxury, premium or fast-fashion brands. • Proven expertise in P&L management, retail operations, inventory control and commercial management.
