Key Function

1. High exposure in B2B sales is required in interior Design, High-end furniture, Fabrication works etc. This role will be directly responsible for developing the B2B sales team and managing targets. It also includes hiring of ideal top performing B2B sales persons, providing training on sales strategy and managing their performance to the required standards.

2. This role will also manage the overall function of units such as B2C, Marketing , Customer service, R&D & Design teams.

3. Devise and implement B2B strategies that boost the overall commercial growth of the company

4. Oversee the financial growth and maintain the sales target of the company Develop and foster client relationships within the commercial manager job role, to create business growth opportunities

5. Establish financial plans that go hand-in-hand with the company ethos

6. Identify expansion and growth opportunities and use commercial management skills to implement the same

Reporting Line :

1. This position reports to the CEO

Skills

Requirements:

1. Experience as a commercial manager, or successful work history in B2B Sales

2. Degree with min 10 years of professional experience

3. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

4. Ability to work under pressure independently as a commercial manager
