  • Review new projects and preparing cost sheets & technical reports
  • Review materials and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications.
  • Supervise the works of relevant mechanical (HVAC / PL / FF) Contractors
  • Ensure quality and that constructions/installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Following all projects process including quality assurance procedures to ensure that procedures for review and inspection of installations maintained throughout the project period.
  • Assessing project requirements.
  • Measuring the performance of mechanical components.
  • Prepare budgets and timescales.
  • Review designs and test procedures.
  • Testing, evaluating, modifying .
  • Review and prepare Technical reports and documentation with technical advice.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Managing projects, costs, and Subcontractors.
