Job Summary:
The Invoice Control Clerk is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Process invoices in a timely manner and ensure timely payments
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices
- Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documents
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice-related matters


Skills

- Proven experience as an Invoice Control Clerk or similar role
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
