We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with extensive experience in LHM Cranes or any type of harbor cranes to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong technical background in crane maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of liebherr LHM Cranes, including the LHM 550, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Perform diagnostic analysis and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, focusing on engine control and monitoring systems.
• In-depth knowledge of key crane components, conducting both replacements and repair works.
• Utilize vibration analysis and engine monitoring techniques to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect operations.
• Manage the maintenance schedules for a fleet of port heavy equipment, ensuring machinery operates to the highest standards.
• Lead a team, ensuring adherence to crane safety procedures and effective maintenance techniques through training and mentoring.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align maintenance schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal downtime.

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with LHM Cranes or similar harbor cranes.
• Expertise in the LHM 550, with deep knowledge of its engine control systems and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in managing and maintaining port heavy equipment fleets.
• Proficiency in vibration analysis and engine monitoring to detect potential mechanical or electrical faults.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments and maintain a smooth workflow.
