Job Title: Mall Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.      Operational Management:

 

·        Oversee the daily operations of the shopping mall, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently.

·        Coordinate maintenance, repair, and cleaning services to ensure the mall remains presentable and operational at all times.

·        Ensure all mall facilities (e.g., escalators, elevators, restrooms) are functioning correctly.

 

2.      Tenant Relations:

 

·        Build and maintain positive relationships with mall tenants and resolve any issues or concerns.

·        Assist tenants with operational challenges, lease renewals, and marketing efforts.

·        Monitor tenant performance and implement strategies to enhance the mall’s tenant mix.

 

3.      Customer Experience:

 

·        Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable shopping environment.

·        Respond to customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

·        Coordinate events, promotions, and activities to engage shoppers and drive foot traffic.

 

4.      Security and Safety:

 

·        Work with security teams to ensure a safe shopping environment, addressing any security concerns or incidents.

·        Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations.

·        Prepare and implement emergency plans and conduct regular drills.

 

5.      Marketing and Promotion:

 

·        Develop and implement marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase foot traffic and sales.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online and offline strategies to enhance the mall's image and attract customers.

 

6.      Financial Management:

 

·        Oversee budget management, including expenses related to maintenance, staffing, and marketing activities.

·        Monitor revenue streams from leasing, parking, and other services.

·        Report on financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability.

 

7.      Reporting and Compliance:

 

·        Prepare reports on mall performance, including financials, customer feedback, and tenant satisfaction.

·        Ensure adherence to all legal, health, and safety regulations.

·        Maintain an awareness of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.

Skills

Candidate Profile:

 

·        Requirement Open for all nationals

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Civil Engineering will be an added advantage

·        5+ years in mall or retail center management, including leadership and operational experience.

·        Bilingual- Able to speak fluent English & Arabic

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mall management software.
