We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist who can manage front desk operations, handle customer and customer inquiries. 

Skills

  • The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English and have excellent communication skills.
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, providing accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team employee for work updates and customer requests.
  • Process invoices, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative software.
  • Familiarity knowlage for automotive services like window film, auto detailing, wrapping, dent repair, and paint services is a plus.
