We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Master Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our SAP master data. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP master data management principles, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processes related to SAP master data creation, maintenance, and governance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various SAP modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement master data standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of SAP master data to identify and rectify discrepancies
- Implement data quality controls and measures to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Work closely with business users to resolve data-related issues and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish and maintain data quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with data governance policies and address any deviations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and other relevant departments.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP master data processes and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
- Proven experience as an SAP Master Data Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP master data modules and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data governance and quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP IS-Retail.
- Familiarity with data migration and conversion processes.
