Job Opportunity: Cold Store Supervisor at Alhasawi Group

Alhasawi Group is looking for an experienced Cold Store Supervisor to join our team. If you have a strong technical background in refrigeration systems and proven leadership abilities, this is your chance to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical & mechanical works for refrigeration systems, including multi-compressor rack systems.
• Expertise in commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of refrigeration systems (R404A, R134a, R22, etc.).
• Prepare project plans, bill of materials, and ensure timely execution within budget.
• Lead and mentor project teams for successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and promote safety on-site.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in refrigeration systems, especially cold storage and walk-in freezers.
• Hands-on expertise with electrical circuits, electronic controllers, and digital controls.
• GCC experience and driving license are a plus!
