·        Planning and Organizing corrective ,preventive and periodic maintenance of equipment

·        Monitoring the fuel consumption rate of Vehicles / Equipment.

·        Overall Management of Request, transfer& release for Vehicles/Equipment with FMS (Fleet Management System) software.

·        Conducting weekly meeting with the Assistant Engineers and Supervisors.

·        Creating work orders through SAP ERP system on daily basis

·        Spare part transaction done through ERP JAVA Software and stock checking from spare parts store.

·        Calculating Depreciation rate of all Vehicle / Equipment.

·        Material receiving transaction and material ordering by supervisor are monitored and approved according to the requirement of Site.

·        Erection and Dismantling of Tower Crane to the site – Preparing the method statement and Work Permit as per Petroleum Development of Oman(PDO)

·        Implementing Permit to Work System (PTW) in site workshop.

·        Erection and Dismantling of Crawler Mechanical Crane.

·        Major repair of all Hydraulic Equipment carried out with Hydraulic diagram and ordering parts.

·        Welding & testing of Pipe Lines

·        Repair and Maintenance of Dredgers.

·        Installation of HDPE pipe according to construction drawings.

·        Installation of Micro Tunneling Equipment

·        Maintenance of Micro tunneling Equipment

  •   Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Tower Cranes.

Skills

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and business writing skills. 
  • Perception and awareness of management’s reporting needs and the ability to translate     information into readable and logical report structure. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function reasonably under time constraints and within established deadlines, with attention to detail.  
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks with various deadlines. 
  • Ability to appropriately handle all levels of interaction whether business or social. 
  • Highly motivated, extremely well organized, result oriented and thrives under pressure.
