  • Identify and onboard new HORECA clients within the Food and Sweets segments, utilizing a consultative approach to understand and fulfill their unique catering needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients, focusing on expanding sales opportunities and cross-selling a variety of value-added HORECA products.
  • Lead efforts to secure seasonal deals with major clients, including event planners and venues, to ensure successful and profitable partnerships.
  • Promote and introduce the Baraka product line to popular coffee chains, such as Caribou, and Costa, expanding our offerings in the HORECA sector.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to reinforce market presence and identify new catering opportunities.
  • Negotiate HORECA contracts and close deals efficiently to meet revenue targets and enhance client satisfaction.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales within the Food, Sweets, or related industries, specifically in B2B, HORECA, or catering channels.
  • Demonstrated success in securing significant HORECA accounts and driving product sales within the sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales and negotiation, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences in the Food and Sweets catering market, with the ability to propose customized product offerings and solutions.
