Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Finance to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for financial improvement.
  • Budgeting:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the company’s annual budget.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Work with various departments to ensure budget adherence and manage financial performance.
  • Auditing:
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
  • Review and assess internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation and respond to audit queries.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
  • Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other finance team members and departments to achieve financial goals.
  • Provide financial insights and support to assist in strategic decision-making.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
