Sales Manager B2B & Wholesale Electronics Client

A.Basic Scope of Job

  • Will lead the non-retail and wholesale division. Will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients in the electronics industry. Will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the electronics sector in Kuwait, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.


B.Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the electronics retail and wholesale market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to sales team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the electronics retail and wholesale sector.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle high-level negotiations and close significant deals.

Sales Operations:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business conditions and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure efficient and effective sales processes and practices.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets for wholesale and B2B sales activities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and objectives.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the electronics retail and wholesale industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the electronics market and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
