A.Basic Scope of Job
- Will lead the non-retail and wholesale division. Will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients in the electronics industry. Will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the electronics sector in Kuwait, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
B.Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the electronics retail and wholesale market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve high performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to sales team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the electronics retail and wholesale sector.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle high-level negotiations and close significant deals.
Sales Operations:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business conditions and forecasts for management.
- Ensure efficient and effective sales processes and practices.
- Develop and manage sales budgets for wholesale and B2B sales activities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Skills
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the electronics retail and wholesale industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the electronics market and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
