E-commerce Operations Team Leader

  • Create Staff Schedule for the Team
  • Delegate Tasks to Staff within your team.
  • Train Team Members on learning new processes.
  • Train new team members.
  • Create Leave Plan for the team (with coordination with Supervisor)
  • Can enforce new instructions.
  • Coordinate with other Team Leaders to shuffle manpower between the team.
  • Assist in shuffling to cross train employees in other Teams within the department.
  • Create Attendance Report for the team.
  • Ensure Timely Check and Adequate replies to E-Mails.
  • Monitor KPIs of the team, ensures that the staff are improving in their KPIs
  • Ensure Company assets are maintained by himself and by his staff, (escalate in case of any issue)



Skills

  • Leadership Skills (Can lead multiple team members) (15 to 20 Employees)
  • Computer Skills (Can Prepare reports, using Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
  • Excel Software Knowledge (Pivot Table, Vlookups, Sum, Count, Countif(s), if, Filter, Sort, Duplicates Removal, Data Validation (Date, List), Conditional Formatting, Cell Formatting)
  • Language Skills: English is the Minimum Requirement
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Works Extended Hours in case of Problem Arousal
  • Can work in rotational shifts.
  • Ensure utilizing the least possible resources (materials, manpower…etc.) without impacting quality!
