Showroom Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Administrator to join our team in Kuwait. The Showroom Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, including coordinating appointments, assisting customers, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the showroom schedule by coordinating appointments and ensuring the showroom is staffed at all times.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  4. Maintain inventory by organizing and arranging products in the showroom.
  5. Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  6. Provide product information and assist customers in choosing the right products for their needs.
  7. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  8. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  9. Assist in organizing promotional events and displays in the showroom.
  10. Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to their satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  10. Knowledge of furniture or home decor products is a plus.
