1. observe and assess workers' health status with respect to job tasks and hazards
2. Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice.
3. Responsible for assuring the appropriate access and utilization of healthcare services.
4. Prepare the needs for First Aids kits in the company premises and inspect them on regular basis.
5. Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.
6. Participate in the health risk assessment as team player to identify all potential hazards in the workplace.
7. Keep the reports and records for work injuries and health surveillance.
8. Conduct regular health monitoring for vulnerable employees and who has specific diseases as diabetic.
9. Inspect emergency equipment as eye washers, emergency showers and first aid kits along the company sites.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experience Level
- Has good technical background about occupational nursing.
- Basic Nursing Diploma from recognised institute.
- Have a basic Fire Safety & First Aid Certificates.
