Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Store Manager (Optometrist) role located in Hawally, Kuwait. You (m/f/d) will conduct routine eye exams, diagnose and treat visual problems, and fit / prescribe corrective eyewear We are also looking for someone who can educate patients on proper eye care and answer any questions they may have as well as explaining in detail who we are and selling our products.

Skills

Your eagle eye is responsible for:

• You are responsible for your store and the employees as well as performing eye examinations, refractions, and customer consultations.
• On a daily basis, you will ensure smooth operations by overseeing sales, inventory, cash handling, and other operational processes.
• This also includes monitoring the performance and KPIs of the store.
• Furthermore, you will ensure that the eyewear purchase becomes an exceptional experience for customers, leaving your store satisfied.

You have a clear vision:

• We require the you have an Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
• You hold a valid license to practice optometry in the state of Kuwait and have knowledge of optometric equipment and instruments.
• Ideally, you already have a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in the optical field. However, this is not a requirement - motivated candidates with less experience are also welcome!
• You have a passion for sales and can recognize the needs and desires of your customers.
• Additionally, you are an empathetic person with leadership qualities and are not afraid to take responsibility for your team.
• As a Store Manager (Optometrist), you communicate openly and friendly in fluent English and Arabic.
