This is the place for you. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic IT and Network Senior Engineer to manage our technical operations within Virgin Mobile in Kuwait. In this pivotal role, you'll design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge IT and network systems, ensuring robust performance, optimal security, and smooth organizational operations. What You Will Do:

• Network Infrastructure Management : Design and manage LAN, WAN, and network systems. Configure and optimize network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• System Administration : Maintain servers, manage virtualization technologies, and ensure system integrity through regular backups and performance monitoring.
• Network Security : Uphold network integrity through security protocols and firewall solutions, and proactively monitor network traffic to prevent cyber threats.
• Telephony : Efficiently manage and maintain telephony systems.
• Infrastructure Support : Offer prompt hardware and software support, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and collaborate on user-centric IT solutions.
• Documentation : Create and update comprehensive documentation, including network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, departments, and vendors to integrate systems and drive innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, MCITP, CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• 2-8 years in IT and network administration with a focus on network security. Experience with firewall management and various operating systems is essential.
• Proficiency in network device management, cybersecurity principles, server administration, virtualization, and telephony systems.
• Excellent skills in both technical and non-technical communication.
• Strong analytical abilities for effective troubleshooting and solution implementation.
• Flexibility to keep pace with rapidly evolving tech and operational environments.
