Job Purpose: A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and executing the social media strategy for ATA Key Accountabilities: Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent presence on social media.
Strategy and Campaign Development:
  • Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across social media channels.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns to align with marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media platforms using analytics tools.
  • Generate reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
Community Engagement:
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Foster a positive community and add value to users' social media experience.
Trend Monitoring and Adaptation:
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Adapt strategies to capitalize on trends and emerging platforms.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work with the sales and customer service team to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other partners to extend reach and enhance credibility.
Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company to ensure a positive customer service experience.
Policy and Guidelines Management:
  • Follow social media policies and guidelines of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards in all social media activities.
