- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

- At least two years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools

- Knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or on-site

- Experience with antivirus, malware, and ransomware protection tools

  • - Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent is a plus

Skills

The candidate should have a good knowledge of IT systems and applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
