Employment: Full Time
  • Identify client requirements and obtain required data to complete architectural designs in 3D retendering.
  • Take measurements from site as required.
  • Prepare various architectural concept design proposals and project specifications for clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions and revise them as per the client request.
  • Prepare and revise drawings for various governmental agencies to ensure they are being approved on time.
  • Prepare working drawing sheets for on-site.
  • Coordinate with electromechanical services to ensure a successful execution of the project.
  • Ensure all designs meet architectural and construction safety regulations.
  • Provide regular update to client as required.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff and ensure their work meets project specifications. 

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Good experience in commercial project.
  • Good knowledge to work with Lumion, Rendering and 3D max.
  • MS Office Experience
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the similar field.
  • Design tools.
  • Arabic & English communication.
