As the Assistant Manager of Credit and Collection, the primary responsibility will to support the Credit and Collection Manager in effectively managing the company's credit and collection processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, evaluating credit risks, and maintaining an efficient credit management system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Risk Assessment:

- Assist the Credit and Collection Manager in evaluating credit risks associated with new and existing customers.

- Conduct thorough credit checks and analysis to determine creditworthiness.

- Review credit applications, financial statements, and credit reports to assess credit limits and terms.

2. Debt Collection:

- Support in developing and implementing effective debt collection processes and strategies.

- Communicate with customers to resolve any billing disputes.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status

3. Credit Management:

- Assist in setting credit limits and payment terms for customers based on credit analysis.

- Monitor and review credit exposure and aging accounts receivable.

- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit-related issues and resolve customer inquiries.

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit files and records.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present regular reports on credit utilization, collection performance.

- Analyze credit data and aging reports to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
