External Auditors

  1. Plan and conduct external audits of client financial statements, including the review of accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
  2. Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes within client organizations.
  3. Perform substantive testing procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and account balances.
  4. Evaluate compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  5. Identify control deficiencies, weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions to management.
  6. Prepare audit workpapers, findings, and reports documenting audit procedures, results, and recommendations.
  7. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to client management and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with client personnel to address audit inquiries, provide guidance on accounting and auditing matters, and facilitate the resolution of audit issues.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are preferred.
  • Minimum of [X years] of experience in external auditing or public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices (e.g., GAAS, PCAOB standards).
  • Proficiency in auditing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
