You will be in charge of the sales, services and administration of the assigned Brand.
• Must achieve assigned brand target on monthly basis
• Co-ordinate with other members in your department to hold special Nail clinics in our training center /showroom and diagnose and prescribe treatments to our clients.
• Visit the customers as per route plan.
• Review the up-to-date achievement and plan how to recap any shortage.
• Review the training schedule and confirm appointments to deliver training.
• Update the management on any development in the saloon sector that might affect the business.
• Monitor the competition activities and report back to office to keep all concerned informed.
• Visit the clients and educate their employees about the brand, product and its use.
• Develop training materials to make sure all material delivered is consistent across the market.
• Develop reports and evaluations on the training sessions given.
• Present the items to the client and introduce the USP’s.
• Monitor the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s products.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and undertake corrective action as needed.
• Set the brand guidelines within the assigned brand and coach and control the team on the implementation.
• Maintain all assigned training assets in effective shape at all times.
• Monitor the shelf life of products while in the field.
• Assess the caliber of the saloon staff and conduct training to elevate their standard, and knowledge on the brand.
• Responsible to follow Corporate Event/Marketing activities execution guideline.
• Should participate all the Event & Marketing activities conducted by Company.
• Should follow & achieve KPI’S assigned by direct manager.
• You should attend Virtual/Offline meetings & Local/International Seminar.
Skills
- Secondary / Bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual
- 2+ years of experience in similar industry
