Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Female Civil Engineer to join our team in Kuwait, focusing on Villa compounds. The ideal candidate should have expertise in utilizing software such as Rivet and AutoCAD, producing accurate as-built drawings, managing tasks efficiently, and demonstrating proficiency in project scheduling and pricing. The role involves overseeing projects within Villa compounds, ensuring quality, timely completion, and effective cost management.

Responsibilities:

1. Shopedraing and Drafting:

• Utilize Rivet and AutoCAD to create detailed designs, plans, and as-built drawings for Villa compounds.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.

2. Project Management:

• Manage projects within Villa compounds from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and address any issues impacting timelines.

3. Cost Estimation:

• Develop accurate cost estimates for Villa compound projects, considering materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements effectively to the project team and management.
