Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Warehouse Manager) to lead our logistics and inventory management efforts at in Kuwait. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory process, ensuring optimal stock levels, and implementing efficient warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
2. Warehouse Systems: Oversee the implementation and management of advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
3. Demand Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
4. Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control measures for incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
5. Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to improve lead times, negotiate favorable terms, and establish effective communication channels.
6. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall warehouse and inventory management efficiency.
7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse materials/systems team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
8. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess inventory performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Skills

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a senior-level logistics or inventory management role, preferably in the technology sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes, and supply chain best practices.
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Skills:

1. Certification in inventory management or supply chain.
2. Experience with international logistics and customs clearance processes.
3. Familiarity with technology product lifecycle and supply chain.
