- Possess strong management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to handle & strongly manage his team in 03 branches in different locations.
- Passion for food: someone who enjoys the process of food preparation and creating menus
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Ability to create and develop new menu items & recipes & costing
- Ability to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the Kitchen & food preparation area
- A good sense of business; to be efficient and cost-effective
- Past experience of working in a well-known Japanese kitchen or similar position
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to cope under stressful conditions
- Ability to pay attention to details: adherence to specific ingredients and measurement needed for various menus
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to multi task: The Assistant Head Chef position must be able to handle many tasks all at once
- Past experience in Material Control system is highly recommended.
