• Job Vacancy: Business Operation Associate
• Business management: · Responsible for Content partnership & partner management ·
• Implement marketing program/campaign drives to enhance service penetration & Increase revenues ·
• Monitor performance of existing Digital VAS on daily basis, identify areas of improvement and implement. ·
• Study market requirements on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for revenues

Content Management:

•  MUST have experience in driving Content consumption on Mobile Vas and Digital domain ·
• Drive and execute key functionalities through cross functional teams ·
• WAP Portal Deck Management (GUI) ·
• Help enhance conversion rate per impression · Reconciliation with CP's and Operator

Analytical Skills:

•  Research and prepare statistical reports using data from consumer database.
•  Monitors program / initiatives progress by tracking KPI; resolving problems; ·
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user Reports/ MIS. · CP data validation
• Language: Arabic & English
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the same
• Academics: Technical Graduate - Business Graduate - MBA
• Past Domain Preference: Mobile VAS or Digital Content Company in Kuwait Having residency visa in Kuwait
