Swim School is now interviewing Swimming Instructor candidates for Kuwait store. This is a full-time position for someone who is career-oriented with some business or management experience and who is fun, friendly and loves the business of teaching children 4 months to 12 years of age. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years experience working in a business environment and have experience in operations, management and team building. Previous experience teaching swim lessons and working with children is recommended, but not required.

Aquatic Manager (AM) Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:

·         Previous swim instruction, lifeguard, aquatics, or swim coach experience is a plus, but not required

·         Experience working with children (examples include sports coach, camp counselor, or similar experience)

·         Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills

·         Flexible schedule - candidates must have availability to work weekdays and weekends

·         Have intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems

·         Must pass a background check prior to in-person interview

·         Leadership and management of swim instruction staff and Water Safety Program
