  • He should be able to understand the customers and staffs in professional manner.
  • He should be able to manage the link between the kitchen and the service.
  • He should be well versed in handling customer complaints.
  • He must have worked in same position for at least 5 years.
  • He should have a minimum undergraduate degree.
  • He should be able to handle reports and train staffs.
