1. Participate in network delivery solution review, solution preparation, and solution implementation during wireless engineering delivery.
2. Analyze and locate problems in the live network, restore customer network services in a timely manner, and ensure customer network security.
- 3. Communicate with the customer about delivery issues and answer customer technical questions.
Skills
1. Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE
2. Knowledge of BSC/RNC, BTS, U2000 product;
3. Knowledge of configure wireless devices is required.
4. Knowledge of commission, integration, and maintenance procedure is required.
5. Experience for live network troubleshooting is preferred.
