- Consumables Coordination:
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the warehouse, midmile, and Dark stores for effective consumable management.
- Legal Permits Follow-Up:
- Coordinate and follow up with the legal and Dark stores for all the legal documents needed.
- Health Certificates Coordination:
- Coordinate the process for obtaining and renewing employee’s health certificates, ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Parking Renewals Management:
- Manage the renewal of parking permits to ensure continuous operations.
- Equipment Needs Assessment:
- Forecast the need for vests, pouches, and handheld devices essential for dark stores.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate events as required, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure successful event execution.
- Internet package renewals& management.
- Monitor the internet usage across all FPs and ensure timely renewal of the packages.
