What You Will Do
- Respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.
- Clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department.
- Ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
- Assist in installing or relocating any additional or existing equipment when necessary.
- Maintain logs for all work performed while on duty within department and those in other departments as they apply to Engineering Repairs.
- Assist shift engineers on major shut downs for repairs.
- Respond to work orders or room inspection reports submitted by Department Heads.
- Report any damages observed within the Resort area, whether it be guestroom, public areas or any employee housing units through the Engineering reporting systems in place. Reporting to be done within one hour of discovery.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Electrician in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in relevant field is a plus.
- Works well in a team environment ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of the English language.

- الاستجابة لجميع شكاوى الضيوف المتعلقة بصيانة غرفهم أو المناطق العامة في الوقت المناسب.
- تنظيف جميع محطات قسم الهندسة والحفاظ على قسم منظم ومرتب.
- القدرة على استخدام الأدوات الكهربائية واليدوية (مثل قارئات الأسلاك، والفولتميتر، وما إلى ذلك) والرسومات والمخططات الكهربائية.
- إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بفعالية لتحديد المخاطر أو الأعطال وإصلاح أو استبدال الوحدات التالفة.
- المساعدة في تركيب أو نقل أي معدات إضافية أو موجودة عند الضرورة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات لجميع الأعمال المنجزة أثناء العمل في القسم وتلك المتعلقة بقسم آخر فيما يتعلق بإصلاحات الهندسة.
- المساعدة في أعمال الصيانة الكبرى لمهندسي المناوبة.
- الاستجابة لأوامر العمل أو تقارير فحص الغرف المقدمة من رؤساء الأقسام.
- الإبلاغ عن أي أضرار تلاحظها في منطقة المنتجع، سواء كانت في غرف الضيوف أو المناطق العامة أو أي وحدات سكن موظفين من خلال أنظمة الإبلاغ الهندسية المعمول بها. يجب تقديم التقرير خلال ساعة واحدة من اكتشاف الضرر.

- يتطلب الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- الدبلوم أو الدرجة العلمية في المجال ذي الصلة هو plus.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والقدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.
