Job Responsibilities : Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware. Diagnose and repair hardware, network, and peripheral-related issues. Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and required software. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues. Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related problems efficiently. Maintain inventory and records of IT equipment, spare parts, and hardware assets. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all IT equipment. Perform regular system checks, backups, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and technical support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements : Diploma/Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Hardware Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and basic networking. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and technical issues independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in Kuwait.
