Responsibilities and Duties

• E Preparing and setting up machines, including calibration and cleaning, before starting production cycles.
• Inspecting and adjusting machinery throughout the production process.
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings such as speed, efficiency, and other operating parameters.
• Conducting inspections of components accurately and ensuring measuring tools are calibrated and available.
• Operating production lines and monitoring the production process to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Maintaining and improving machine performance and reporting any abnormalities promptly.
• Immediately reporting equipment breakdowns or emergency faults to the direct supervisor.
• Monitoring the addition and supply of raw materials or components to production lines.
• Monitoring production line operations and identifying and addressing any issues that may affect production.
• Conducting regular operational tests on machinery and equipment.
• Following all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Minimizing production waste while maintaining approved quality standards.
• Operating and handling different types of production machinery as required.
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational problems that may occur during production.
• Monitoring the condition and consistency of the mixture and returning any non-conforming mixture before it enters the oven.
• Coordinating with the mixer operator to adjust production process conditions as required.
• Adjusting product forming, grinding, filling, or cutting processes according to required specifications.
• Maintaining records of approved units, defective units, and finished products.
• Ensuring machines, tools, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Maintaining and updating periodic machine maintenance records and submitting them to the direct supervisor.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date activity and production records.
