Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the duct fabrication and installation processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timely completion while coordinating with other trades to minimize disruptions.
2. Lead and supervise a team of duct fabricators and installers, providing effective training and mentorship to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
3. Develop and implement production planning strategies, optimizing resource allocation and workflow to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines effectively.
4. Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout the ductwork production and installation phases, addressing any discrepancies promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
5. Manage material procurement and inventory for duct fabrication, ensuring that all necessary materials are available on-site and that costs are kept within budget.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all ductwork activities, including production schedules, quality reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
