Job description
The BMS Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the commissioning, validation, and handover of building automation systems on site in accordance with approved standards, software specifications, and contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Program, test, and commission BMS at site.
- Download, start-up, and validate the control system.
- Compare the program with the software specifications and implement corrections if required.
- Hand over the Building Automation System to the client with complete specifications.
- Demonstrate the system and train the client representative.
- Analyse client requirements and ensure compliance with standards & procedures.
- Plan and organize commissioning activities to meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of all commissioning contracts.
- Conduct site visits during maintenance contracts.
- Candidates must be bilingual.
- Should have a valid Kuwait Driving License.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS commissioning with a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Niagara Framework (AX & N4).
