Job Description

We are hiring experienced Floor Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait

. Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow

. Monitor waiters, hosts, and service staff during operations

. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

. Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when required

. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service

. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation

. Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance

. Assist in staff training and onboarding

. Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements

. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs

. Assist management in achieving operational and service goals

. Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required

Job Location : Qatar

. Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

. At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred

. Good leadership and team coordination skills

. Strong customer service and communication abilities

. Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred

. Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours

. Gulf experience preferred
